Between the cities of Písek and Strakonice, on the outskirts of the village of Kestřany, where there used to be an original sheepcote, there is now the Golf Resort Písek with an 18-hole course. The entire complex is set in an environment on the boundary of forests and fields, several ponds spread in its area and it is complemented by a modern clubhouse with complete facilities and a restaurant.
