The water sports area of Lída Polesná, named after the outstanding Czech white-water slalom racer, can be found in České Vrbné near České Budějovice, right next to the cycle path leading from České Budějovice to Hluboká nad Vltavou. In the artificial slalom track, you can try rafting or wild water slalom in a kayak, canoe or SUP, even under the guidance of experienced instructors. The area also offers equipment rental. The main element of the area is the artificial slalom track with mobile components. These can be moved, making the track remarkably flexible, changing its character and degrees of difficulty. The track is absolutely unique in the Czech Republic due to the used technology and its character and therefore every year European professionals, including Czech representatives, test their skills here.
