The Museum of Rural Life shows life in the countryside to the public and supports the preservation of village traditions. The entrance to the museum is through the Rural Baroque gate of the former farm “U Blumů” from 1848, which is a work of the popular builder, bricklayer and artist Jakub Bursa. On Bursa’s gables, look for portraits of the original farm owners. In addition to agricultural themes, the museum shows traditional crafts, popular festivities and also the simple fact that all people in the countryside were able to capitalize.
